Just a basic Naruto style RP! You can only have 2 characters, so its not to crowded! Must be in the same village, there is a pass, set by the Hokage of each village. So only certaint people in Villages can know about things, if you had characters in each village, then you would know EVERYTHING only other villages need to know.
